How do you cancel the channels that you had for free for five months?? I can’t seem to get a living person on the phone????? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried doing it through the automated system, but it seems that when I say I want to cancel the free channels, they think I’m canceling everything and want to close my account????
What should I do? I need a breathing person on the phone!!!!!
