Background: From the essence of the tea ceremonies of Sen no Rikyū to the art of wabi-sabi, the Imperfect & Beautiful project is to remind myself that imperfection is nature’s poetry on impermanence.
In an age and time when greed, power and delusion has started to destroy societies and decimated lives in all corners of the world, this project is to bring back the essence of mindfulness, inclusiveness and forgiveness through appreciation, and essentially be a part of the beauty in the otherwise mundane, deprecated & the imperfect world around us.
