A couple of miles from downtown Memphis in Tennessee is the midtown area of Binghampton, a town that appears to have more churches, closed businesses and dilapidated homes than people.
The adjoining area of the Binghampton community center has a large basketball court with the walls filled with brilliant murals depicting hard work & sports.
A small church, very insignificant from its outside appearances but mightily strong in its message for the community.

What used to be a gas station & probably a busy a local deli once is now an abandoned place for the locals to meet up. But the walls and the parking area has still some beautiful murals remaining.
A church’s hopeful promise to rebuild& heal the community back again.
